Living in the tropics means living with cyclones and the uncertainty of where they might turn up and the effect they may have.

Local filmmaker Travis Bain’s latest feature length film LANDFALL exploits this uncertainty with all it’s twists and turns wrapped up neatly as a thriller whose characters get wrapped in the arms of a tropical storm.

After successful premiere screenings as part of the Australian Monster Fest tour late last year, End Credits and Culture Mechanics are proud to be able to schedule 2 follow up screenings by creating a small ( 50 seat ) pop-up cinema space in the old Muirheads Suit Hire building at 14 Florence St.

Those who were lucky enough to see the Cairns premiere screening will be able to attest to the amazing quality of this feature length production and the first class job done by Travis and his band of passionate cast and crew, all on a budget that wouldn’t cover the gaffer tape used on most other feature films.

Hurry and get your tickets now here. <https://www.trybooking.com/343996> for either the 7pm or 9pm session this Saturday 3 February.

There is a strictly limited ticket supply and we can guarantee you’ll be blown away.

cheers
Brett Hitchens
